These Terms & Conditions apply to the One O One Convenience Stores Price Match campaign, comparing selected product prices with Asda. By participating in this campaign, One O One commits to ensuring the accuracy and fairness of all price comparisons.
1. Scope of the Campaign: Price Match applies only to selected product lines identified in-store and online. Comparisons are made against Asda’s standard shelf prices. Excluded: promotional prices, multibuys, temporary rollbacks, clearance, or loyalty card/member-only pricing.
2. Price Verification: Prices are checked and verified weekly. Verification is based on online checks at Asda.com. One O One reserves the right to remove or update items if competitor pricing changes.
3. Disclaimers: Prices correct as of the most recent verification date. Availability may vary by store. Price Match does not constitute endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Asda.
4. Updates & Changes: One O One reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the campaign at any time. Any changes will be communicated in-store and/or online where applicable.
