Each store set up a designated employee area in their back store areas from 9th until 11th May displaying all the GroceryAid marketing materials. The teams were given bunting, and balloons to decorate the areas, cakes and sweets, and some employees even dressed up for the occasion!
Crucially, the aim of the day was raise awareness about the very real problems that employees are facing in their everyday life, and ensure everyone was aware of the help and support GroceryAid can offer.
Taking part in GroceryAid day allowed One O One to get a strong message to our employees, that no matter what they are dealing with we want to provide help, and together with the services from GroceryAid we can make a difference!
